BSL, the utility token of the Black Seal ecosystem
BSL is designed to settle fees on the Black Seal platform and to give users a voice on how the platform evolves. It is currently live on a test network only, with no value.
What it is
BSL is a utility token issued by GLEX AI S.R.L. for use within the Black Seal platform. It gives access to platform services: it does not represent a share in the company, a claim on its assets, or a right to any income.
How it works
- Platform fees. Issuers and users will be able to settle Black Seal service fees in BSL, at the reference rate set out in the platform terms.
- Consultations. Holders will be able to take part in non-binding consultations on platform features and roadmap priorities.
- Marketplace services. BSL is planned as a means of payment for services offered within the Black Seal marketplace.
The supply is fixed at deployment and no further tokens can be created. During the initial phase, transfers are limited to approved addresses, so tokens can only move between verified participants.
When
BSL is being rolled out in stages. Each stage starts only when the previous one is complete.
Test network
The contract is deployed on Polygon Amoy, a test network, to verify supply, transfer limits, and controls. Current stage.
Review
Independent review of the smart contract and of the legal and tax framework.
Main network
Deployment on the Polygon main network, with ownership held by a multi-signature company wallet.
Platform use
BSL becomes usable for fees and services on the Black Seal platform.
Why
A native token lets the platform settle fees and marketplace services in one unit, directly on-chain, and gives the people who use Black Seal a structured way to share their views on what gets built next.
What BSL is not
- It is not equity, debt, or a financial instrument, and it carries no right to profits, dividends, interest, or redemption.
- No return, price, or future value is promised, and BSL cannot be converted into shares of GLEX AI S.R.L.
- BSL is not listed on any exchange, and nothing on this page announces or anticipates a listing.

Tokens on the test network have no value and cannot be bought or sold.
